Description

Baslac 45-W10 is a versatile additive designed for body shops seeking precise and efficient results. It acts as a blending clearcoat, allowing blending of metallic colors without the risk of blooming, and as a 3-layer color additive for creating translucent colors.

Its application is simple and effective, with a mixing ratio of 100% by volume of 45-W10 and 70% by volume of 45-R45, ensuring a homogeneous mixture after adding the thinner. It is recommended to use an HVLP spray gun with a 1.4 mm nozzle, an application pressure of 29 psi and a nozzle pressure of 10 psi, applying a single spray coat.

This additive offers zero flash-off time at 20 °C, allowing application of the 45 line without unnecessary delays. Additionally, its VOC content of 398.9 g/liter (3.32 lb/gal) ensures regulatory compliance.
