Your satisfaction is our goal. All items in our online shop are sealed at origin and their quality control is carried out by the manufacturer.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised up to 14 days after receiving the order by sending an email to: info@ds-color.com.

From that moment, you have 14 days to send the items to be returned to the following address:

DS COLOR will not be responsible for returns of products that have been handled by the customer, or for goods returned incomplete. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the stated period.

In the event of a return, the customer shall bear all related costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the product price at the time of the refund.

Returned goods must be insured by the customer in advance and sent properly protected and in their original packaging. The material must be sent to DS COLOR carriage paid. No goods will be accepted if sent carriage forward.

DS COLOR works constantly to ensure that the information shown on this page is correct. However, as this information is provided by the manufacturers themselves or by third parties related to them, DS COLOR shall not be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information concerning images, technical descriptions, related products and possible price changes. Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and changes in manufacturers’ tariffs.
