Shipping

All the products shown on www.ds-color.com have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 working days (depending on the country). We proceed each new order with the maximum diligence, so you will receive it as soon as possible. However, the products available may suffer delays beyond our control (internal problems of the delivery shipping company).

Order preparation & shipment

If you place and pay for your order before 5.30 p.m., it will be prepared and sent out on the same day.

If the chosen method of payment is BANK TRANSFER, remember to send the bank receipt to pedidos@ds-color.com before 5.30 p.m.; otherwise, the preparation and shipment of the order may be delayed until our Accounting Department locates your money in our account.

Invoice & tracking number

If you have not received the corresponding invoice, with the tracking number of the order, on the same day you paid, please contact us.

In any case, DS COLOR guarantees that our Commercial Department will contact you immediately to inform you of any delivery incident, which may come to us from the shipping agency.
