Application process for a perfect finish
For an impeccable result, the surface must be properly prepared. It is recommended to clean with 1-951 Silicone Remover and sand with P400 grit or finer. The product is applied in 2-3 coats of 15-25 µm thickness. For a better effect, an additional spray coat can be applied with lower air pressure (1.2-1.5 bar) on the already dry or semi-dry base coat. Air drying at 20°C (68°F) is 10-15 minutes to be dust-free and 15-20 minutes to be dry to handle.
