The Sikkens Autoclear 2.0 in a 5-liter commercial volume gives you everything you need to actively manage the clearcoating process in your daily workflow, fully adapting to shop workload, repair type, and energy utility consumption. Maximum process efficiency is tightly guaranteed by adjusting key parameters throughout the entire job: easy mixing, rapid application, curing speed, post-drying handling, and effortless polishing. Thanks to its outstanding technical versatility, it stands out as the perfect clearcoat for all types of bodywork, ranging from minor spot and smart repairs to full multi-panel vehicle resprays. Sprayed quickly and easily, it consistently delivers pristine paint leveling and a premium final high-gloss finish.
A major technical advantage of Autoclear 2.0 is its extraordinary pot-life, lasting between 90 minutes and two hours; this allows painters to save valuable preparation time and drastically reduce material waste, as any leftover mixture can be safely used for another subsequent job. To ensure optimum chemical cross-linking and premium film build, this clearcoat system must be paired with Autoclear 2.0 Hardener and mixed with either Autoclear 2.0 Reducer Fast or Autoclear 2.0 Reducer Slow technical thinning agents.
Professional advice: Pair this system with Autoclear 2.0 Reducer Fast for quick single-panel jobs to trim energy costs, and switch to Reducer Slow when spraying large surfaces to ensure a flawless wet-edge layout.
