¿Cómo me registro como cliente? Registrarse como cliente es muy fácil. Únicamente tienes que rellenar los datos de tu empresa (o tus datos personales, si eres un particular) para obtener tu factura y la dirección donde quieres recibir el pedido. Sólo tienes que rellenar los campos del siguiente formulario REGISTRO. IMPORTANTE: nuestras cajas y precintos son anónimos. No llevan ningún logotipo ni signo distintivo de nuestra empresa. Sólo la etiqueta de envío.

¿Cómo hacer un pedido? Para hacer un pedido, en primer lugar, debes estar registrado como cliente. Puedes navegar por las categorías, por las marcas o directamente utilizar el buscador de productos. Puedes añadir productos a tu carrito de la compra. Para finalizar la compra, debes hacer clic en el botón “FINALIZAR PEDIDO”. En la siguiente pantalla, podrás comprobar que tu dirección de entrega es la correcta. A continuación, aparece la información sobre el envío, donde podrás dejarnos cualquier comentario que consideres importante. Por último, debes elegir la forma de pago y aceptar los términos del servicio. Si has llenado tu carro de la compra antes de haber entrado en tu cuenta de cliente, no te preocupes. Tu carrito seguirá lleno, para que puedas entrar al “FINALIZAR PEDIDO”

¿Cómo puedo pagar mi pedido? Una vez que has llenado tu carrito de la compra con los productos que necesitas, debes hacer clic en el botón “FINALIZAR PEDIDO”. En las siguientes pantallas, podrás comprobar que tu dirección de entrega y la información sobre el envío. Por último, debes elegir la forma de pago y aceptar los términos del servicio. Únicamente podemos ofrecerte estas 3 formas de pago: - TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA: Si eliges esta opción, recibirás un mail con la confirmación del pedido y los datos bancarios para que puedas realizar el pago. Para agilizar la preparación de su pedido, deberá enviarnos un email con el justificante de la transferencia bancaria realizada. (pedidos@ds-color.com). Sin dicho justificante, DS COLOR no procederá a la preparación de su pedido. No se llevará a cabo el envío del pedido hasta que el pago no sea efectivo en nuestro Banco. Para evitar retrasos en el envío del pedido, le aconsejamos que realice el pago con Tarjeta de Crédito o mediante Transferencia Instantánea. NO reservamos material. Nuestro stock cambia constantemente. Para recibir su pedido completo, le aconsejamos que efectúe el pago y envíe el justificante inmediatamente después de finalizar su compra. La NO recepción del justificante de la transferencia bancaria o del pago mediante tarjeta, en un plazo máximo de 2 días a partir de la realización de su pedido, implica la anulación del mismo. - TARJETA DE CRÉDITO: Si eliges esta opción, se abrirá la pasarela de pago de CAIXABANK, donde podrás rellenar los datos de tu tarjeta. Esta forma de pago es totalmente segura y sigue los estándares de pago seguro de CAIXABANK. Además del CSV de tu tarjeta, que sólo tu conoces, recibirás un sms con un código de seguridad en el móvil que tengas vinculado a tu tarjeta de crédito. Si al intentar realizar en pago con tu tarjeta de crédito, la plataforma de pago no te mostrara el mensaje de “pago realizado”, es muy probable que tengas que hablar con tu banco y habilitar las compras online de tu tarjeta de crédito. Otro error muy común, por el cual no se finaliza la compra con tu tarjeta de crédito, es que hayas excedido el límite de crédito de la tarjeta con la que intentas pagar. - CONTRA REEMBOLSO: Si eliges esta opción, por favor, recuerda tener el importe exacto preparado para entregárselo al repartidor de la agencia de transporte. Esta opción conlleva un recargo del 4% sobre el valor del pedido, que es lo que cobra la agencia de transporte por llevar a cabo la gestión de recogida del dinero e ingreso en nuestra cuenta bancaria. Esta opción es sólo válida para España (en península) y para aquellos pedidos que NO contengan pintura confeccionada.

How do I place an order?

How can I pay for my order?

Once you have filled your shopping cart with the products you need, you must click on the "FINISH ORDER" button. On the following screens, you will be able to check your delivery address and shipping information. Finally, you must choose the payment method and accept the terms of service.

We can only offer you these 2 methods of payment:

BANK TRANSFER:

If you choose this option, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the bank details, so that you can make the payment. To proceed to preparing your order, you must send us an email with copy of the bank transfer (pedidos@ds-color.com). Without the copy, DS COLOR will not proceed to preparing your order.

The order will not be sent until the payment has been received in our bank. To avoid delays in the shipment of the order, we advise you to pay by Credit Card or by Instant Transfer.

We do NOT reserve material. Our stock is constantly changing. In order to receive your complete order, we advise you to make the payment and send the copy immediately after finishing your purchase.

If we do NOT receive the bank transfer or credit card payment within 2 days from your order, your order will be cancelled.

CREDIT CARD:

If you choose this option, CAIXABANK payment gateway will show the process of payment by your credit card details. This payment method is totally secure and follows the CAIXABANK secure payment standards. In addition to the CSV of your card, which only you know, you will receive a sms with a security code on your mobile phone linked to your credit card. If when you try to pay with your credit card, the payment platform will not show you the message "payment done", it is very likely that you will have to talk to your bank and enable your credit card purchases online. Another very common error, by which your credit card purchase is not completed, is that you have exceeded the credit limit of the credit card you are trying to pay with.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs will always be visible in the shopping cart, once you have finished shopping, before choosing the METHOD OF PAYMENT.

The shipping costs depend on your country and the weight of the order. You can see the amount before you finish your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

From the moment the payment is effective at our Bank, the order will arrive from 4 to 6 working days, except for an incidence of the transport agency.

If the chosen form of payment has been BANK TRANSFER, you must send us the RECEIPT OF THE TRANSFER to pedidos@ds-color.com

If the chosen form of payment is CREDIT CARD, you only need to complete the payment via the CAIXABANK payment gateway, before 17:30. If the finalisation and payment are subsequent, the order will be processed the next day and you will receive it 4 to 6 working days after the payment is effective at our bank.

What are the stages of my order: from purchase to delivery?

First of all, you must enter your customer account or log in. If you don't have a customer account yet, you can register here (link).

You can then browse through the categories, brands or directly use the product finder. You can add products to your shopping cart.

When you have the products, you need in your cart, you must finish the order, check that your delivery address is correct, view the shipping details and choose the method of payment.

Once you have finished the payment and sent us the BANK RECEIPT (only in case you have chosen the BANK TRANSFER payment method), your order will be processed by our warehouse.

If your order has been placed and paid for before 5:30 p.m., it will leave the same day. If not, it will be processed the next day.

The transport agency will arrive at our warehouse at 6 p.m. to collect all the orders and will start the journey to the delivery address you have in your customer file or that you have chosen in your order.

Except in the event of force majeure, your order will be delivered 4-6 working days after they payment has arrived at our Bank.

How can I see the products in my shopping cart?

You can see the products in your cart by clicking on the icon at the top right. A drawing of a bag of handles appears with a number, which is the quantity of products in your cart.

How do I remove or add products to my shopping cart?

You can add products by clicking on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button, which is on every product in stock. You can also edit the quantity, once the product is already in the cart, by clicking on the quantity. To remove the product, click on the bin icon that is displayed next to the quantity of the product, in the shopping cart.

What do I do if I want to buy a product and it is not available?

If the product you need is NOT available, we can arrange for you to receive an email notification as soon as it is in stock. If you are already in your session, that is, if you have logged in, click on the "Notify me when there is a stock shortage" button.

If you have not yet entered your session and/or have not registered as a client, you will have to write the e-mail where you want us to notify you.

Can I place an order if I am a private?

All customers are welcome at DS COLOR. If you are an individual you can also buy from our website, just like all other professional customers.

You only need to be clear about the products you want to buy. DS COLOR is an online shop for car paint, we are not a body shop, therefore, if you are not a professional, we cannot give you technical advice. Repairing and repainting a vehicle is a very technical job; if you are not sure how to proceed, we recommend that you get in touch with a professional workshop that specialises in bodywork and painting.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

First of all, make sure you have finished your order: you should receive an Email confirmation of your order. You should also make sure that you have sent the payment (bank transfer receipt or credit card payment confirmation).

The Email with the invoice and the order tracking Email from the transport agency are further proof that the order has been processed and sent.

If, after receiving these Emails, and after a reasonable time (1 day in Spain and 5 days in international territory), your order has not arrived, you must inform us of the incident. We will try to find out what has happened and give you a solution as quickly as possible.

DS COLOR sends products in perfect condition. We never send damaged products or products with damaged labels without first notifying the customer (because the product is in the outlet or because it is damaged, and we no longer have stock of that reference). If you receive an order with dented products, you must understand that it is due to the transport and that, in any case, it has suffered some irrelevant blow.
