Special physical drying resins.
Thinners: For an ideal mixture, this product is used with the following Uni Thinners:
· 1-141 Uni Thinner Fast
· 1-151 Uni Thinner Medium
· 1-161 Uni Thinner Slow
· 1-181 Uni Thinner Ultra Slow
Physical data
The ready-to-use product has an RTS viscosity of 15-17 Dincup 4/20°C. Its specific weight is 0.926 kg/l and its solids by volume content is 12%.
Application guide for an optimal finish
For a flawless result, start by preparing the surface with 1-951 Silicone Remover and sanding with P400 grit abrasive or finer. Application is done in 2 or 3 coats with a thickness of 15-25 µm. An air pressure of 1.5-1.8 bar is recommended for HVLP and HE spray guns. Air drying at 20°C (68°F) takes 10-15 minutes to be dust-free and 15-20 minutes to be dry to handle.
