Glasurit 93-E3 Thinner is an essential additive designed for the dilution of waterborne paints from Glasurit's Line 90, presented in a 5-liter container. Specially formulated to adjust the viscosity of the bases in the 90 range, it ensures a uniform application by the professional and a flawless finish in automotive body repairs.

This versatile and high-performance thinner guarantees optimal flow for a flawless application, while respecting environmental regulations thanks to its water-based composition. It is used to dilute the basecoats, ensuring excellent atomization and better pigment integration, crucial for achieving precise and uniform colors.

Steps to use Thinner 93-E3

· Surface preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Sand if necessary.
· Mixing accuracy: Dilute in Line 90 base systems according to the technical data sheet to achieve the correct viscosity.
· Application: Apply the diluted paint with a spray gun. (Tip: Check the flow during application, especially in high humidity).
· Drying: Apply in a controlled environment (booth) with precise temperature and humidity management for a fast and effective finish.
· Cleaning: Clean tools and spray gun immediately after application.
