DERMAUTOLOGY BEIGE POLISOFT PUTTY 1.3LT is a multifunctional and lightweight polyester filler, specially formulated in a convenient 1.3-liter format for repairing all types of car bodies. Its distinctive beige tone makes it easily identifiable. The main advantage of this putty lies in its optimal adhesion to galvanized sheets commonly used in the automotive industry, as well as to aluminum surfaces, surpassing conventional putties on these difficult substrates.

This exceptional adhesion on complex surfaces is achieved without compromising any of the essential qualities of a high-quality putty: ease of application thanks to its smooth texture, fast drying to optimize working times, and, above all, remarkable ease of sanding, allowing the process to begin with suitable grit abrasive paper without excessive effort. The necessary peroxide for its catalysis is included, ensuring simple and efficient preparation.

Application Surfaces

· This versatile beige putty can be applied with excellent results on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and polyester sheets. For maximum protection in the final work, it is recommended to apply over an epoxy primer. It should not be used on thermoplastic finishes or Wash Primers.

Important Observations

· It is crucial to avoid an excess of catalyst and ensure perfect mixing for proper hardening. The beige putty must be adequately isolated before the application of the final finish. Keep in mind that at temperatures below +5 ºC, polyester putties do not harden correctly.

Equipment Cleaning

· Clean spatulas and tools used with cleaning solvent immediately before the product hardens.

Storage

· To ensure its shelf life, keep the beige putty in a cool and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is between +5ºC and +30ºC.

Warranty

· In its original unopened packaging, this beige putty has a one-year warranty from the date of manufacture.
