Points Program Terms and Conversion to Euros

The Points Program is a loyalty system offered by the store whereby customers can accumulate points and later convert them into discounts expressed in euros (€).

1. Earning points

• Points are earned only on validated and confirmed orders.
• Points allocation depends on the order amount and its status.
• No points will be awarded for orders that are cancelled, refunded in whole or in part, or considered fraudulent.
• The store reserves the right to modify the points calculation system at any time.

2. Converting points to euros

• Accumulated points may be converted into a discount in euros (€) applicable to future purchases.
• The points/euros conversion rate is defined by the store and may be modified at any time.
• Points have no monetary value outside the store and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Once converted into euros, points are transformed into a discount voucher.

3. Using discounts

• Discounts obtained through points may only be used on orders placed in the store.
• Additional conditions may apply, such as a minimum purchase amount, excluded products, or validity dates.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

4. Expiration of points and discounts

• Accumulated points have an expiration date established by the store.
• Once that date has passed, unused points will be automatically forfeited.
• Discount vouchers generated from points may also have an expiry date.
• The store is not required to notify customers individually of the expiration of points or discounts.

5. Cancellations, returns and misuse

• If an order that generated points is cancelled or refunded, the associated points will be withdrawn.
• In the event of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms, the store may cancel points and/or discounts.

6. Modification or cancellation of the program

• The store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Points Program at any time.
• Such modifications may be applied without prior notice.
• Cancellation of the program may result in the total loss of accumulated points and discounts.

7. Customer account

• Points are linked exclusively to the customer account.
• If the account is deleted, associated points and discounts will be automatically forfeited.

8. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the Points Program implies full acceptance of these terms. The store reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms.
