Preparation and application for a perfect finish
For an optimal result, the surface must be properly prepared. Cleaning with 1-951 Silicone Remover and sanding with P400 grit or finer is recommended. The product is applied in 2-3 coats of 15-25 µm. For effect colors, an additional spray coat is advised at a lower air pressure (1.2-1.5 bar) for better effect control. The air drying time at 20°C (68°F) is 10-15 minutes to be dust-free and 15-20 minutes to be dry to handle.
